This session offers educators a valuable opportunity to engage in discussions and share innovative strategies for enhancing after-school tutoring programs for students. We will introduce a rotation system used at Kelsey Norman that enables us to effectively reach a greater number of students during tutoring sessions. Participants will break into groups to brainstorm and explore practical ways to implement this system for preschool through 5th grade. Additionally, you will hear insights from a Special Education teacher and a school counselor on how these tutoring sessions have positively influenced their participation in the PST process.
